- After this last experience, he launched in 2013 his first startup: EBC in France, then in Tunisia and Senegal. This was a sort of hub that supported companies in commercial outsourcing. The objective was to help companies that do not have the resources to recruit sales to market their products and services. However, a few months later the model changed and the structure became a call center specialized in qualification and lead generation. After this adventure, he became the Chief Commercial Officer of Social Wall before moving to Senegal in 2016 to found Allo Papy which will become Paps. Paps is a startup present in Senegal & Ivory Coast employing over close to 400 people that intends to disrupt the logistics sector in Africa. With almost three million shipments completed from 2020 to 2021, Paps addresses the logistics issues faced by the B2B sector (banks, NGOs, E-commerces, retailers & enterprises). Paps strongly focuses its solutions on innovation and technology through an API to be installed on the merchants’ site to automate deliveries for each order and MyPaps, a platform that provides their customers with better inventory management and visibility into all their shipments. In parallel, Bamba is a member of the advisory board of Kamtar, a platform that allows to book a truck in a few seconds in Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal.
